Adoption ApplicationAll prospective owners are asked to complete an application and are screened to insure the most suitable and successful placement possible. Completion of our application also acknowledges agreement with the terms of adoption outlined at the top of the form; please read it carefully. A donation is required with every adoption to help defray the costs of placement. Our application is available as a Microsoft® Word document

Completed applications can be mailed to the address at the bottom

We cannot guarantee the parentage of a cat. The United Maine Coon Cat Rescue League is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit, volunteer organization that began in New England; made up of breeders and fanciers of the Maine Coon Cat. Your gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. UMCCRL charter is to educate the public on the importance of spay/ neuter, to provide information on proper cat care; and to provide rescue, foster care, and placement for homeless Maine Coon Cats.
