Maine Coon
look-alike, Chloe
Thursday, October 17,
2002
Chloe is settling into her new home!
Tuesday, October 15,
2002
- Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts
- about 8 years old
- Up-to-date on shots
- Healthy
Chloe was rescued when she was little from a cold winter
storm. A beautiful, well-mannered, much loved pet, her owners are
very sad they must find her a new home due to their youngster's serious
allergies.
Chloe is very friendly to people and very
sweet-tempered. Having always been an only pet, her owners would prefer
a home where she can continue to be an only pet, although a home with one
other quiet, non-territorial cat might be okay too. A little timid at
first around children, she warms up quickly and is very affectionate.

Maine
Coon, Bunny
Sunday, October 13,
2002
Bunny went to her new home this weekend!
While Bunny was being fostered, we confirmed that she
was diabetic and were able to successfully lower and control her insulin
levels with a cat food specially formulated for diabetic cats. During
her stay, she had perfect litter box manners and was a very sweet little
lady who loves being with people.
Sunday, May 5,
2002
- Needham, Massachusetts
- 8 years old
- Healthy; up-to-date on shots
Bunny is a sweet kitty who is quiet and a bit
timid. Other cats in the household pick on her, which makes her
very unhappy and even unwilling to use a litterbox that another
cat has already used. She also hides from children. Bunny would be
much happier in a quiet adult home where she is the only pet.

Maine Coon,
Winky

2002
Winky went to his new home!
Wednesday, August 21,
2002
- Acushnet, Massachusetts
- 1 year old
- Blue tabby
- Healthy, up-to-date on shots
Winky is a very affectionate boy who loves sitting in
laps. Though missing an eye, he doesn't really realize it, and doesn't
miss a thing! He's a healthy, growing boy and his owners are very sad
that, due to unforeseen changes in their lives, they must seek another
home for him. Winky is a bit shy around children. He gets along well
with other cats and the family dog.

Spencer went to his new home this weekend!
Sunday, June 16, 2002
- New York City
- 5 years old
- Healthy
Spencer is an exceptionally beautiful, sweet, and
affectionate cat. He is a wonderful companion who loves to be around
people and especially loves to cuddle. He has good manners and gets
along well with other cats. Sadly, his owner passed away.

Maine Coons,
Rocky and Oscar
Friday, May 3,
2002
The boys are settling into their new home ... together!
Friday, March 15,
2002
Rocky:
- 5 years old
- Parti-color tabby
Oscar:
Rocky and Oscar are sweet, very affectionate boys.
Unfortunately, their owner's significant other is extremely allergic,
and so their owner has made the very difficult decision to seek new
homes for them.
Oscar can be a little shy at times. Rocky is confident
and easy-going. Both are very loving, friendly, and well-mannered
fellows, and their owner would like to place them together.

Maine
Coon, Lexington
Monday, February 25,
2002
Lexi is settling into her new home -- and we are told
it's "a match made in heaven!"
Tuesday, February 19,
2002
- Whitehouse, Ohio area
- 4 years old
- Gray and white
- Healthy; spayed
Lexi is a very sweet, loving, and affectionate kitty.
Shy and a bit nervous, she very much enjoys the company of adults but is
afraid of children, quick movements, and loud noises. She often hides
from the children. Her owners feel she would be much happier in a quiet
adult home with no children and no other pets.

Maine
Coon look-alikes, Tiger and Sumi
Thursday, January 10,
2002
Tiger and Sumi have found a new home!
Friday, January 4,
2002
- Eugene, Oregon
- 3 years old
- Brother and sister
- Up-to-date on shots
- Neutered/spayed; declawed
Tiger and Sumi are sweet, friendly cats whose owners are
often unable to be with them because of business demands. Tiger is a
gray tabby and Sumi is black. They are beautiful kitties, and extremely
good-natured and loving. They have no known medical or behavior
problems. Not having been around children or other pets, they would
probably be most comfortable in an adult home.

Maine Coon,
Guiness
Thursday, January 3,
2002
Guiness found a new home last week where he is the only
pet, and is very happily settled in!
Monday, December 17, 2001
- Burlington, Vermont
- 5 years old
- Up-to-date on shots
- Healthy; neutered
- Brown tabby
Guiness is a handsome, easy-going fellow. While he seems
to get along with the dogs, he urinates on the dogs' beds. He would
probably be happiest in a home with no other pets.
